Purpose of Conclusion Text Version

Before "the credits roll" and your reader gets up from their seat, you want to be sure they have understood the key points of your essay. Make sure you rephrase, or revisit, your thesis statement in your conclusion. If possible, sum up your ideas by referring back to the attention getter you used in your introduction. A strong conclusion will have your readers hungering for a sequel!
