Major Arc:
an arc whose measure is more than 180°

Median of a triangle:
a segment joining a vertex and the midpoint of the side opposite that vertex


Midpoint:
a point that divides a line segment into two parts of equal measure


Midpoint formula:
the coordinates of the midpoint of the segment whose endpoints are (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are ((x1+x2)/2(y1+y2)/2)


Midpoint of a segment:
on a segment, the point which is equidistant from each endpoint


Minor arc:
an arc whose measure is less than 180°
